Verona is Conquest's latest development conveniently located halfway
between campus and The Row on Shrine Place. A renovation of the
building began in February 2007 and was completed in August 2007.
It included a whole new facade, upgrades to apartment interiors,
addition of a state of the art fitness center, and installation of
high-speed internet access and HDTV-ready Dish Network TV service.
In addition, the kitchens and bathrooms were rebuilt with new state of
the art equipment and appliances.
The building contains newly renovated luxury 2-bedroom/2-bathroom
apartments, and boasts some of the largest apartments of student housing
around campus.
Leases for Verona run from August 14, 2009 - August 7, 2010.
Walking time to Tommy Trojan: 8 minutes
Biking time to Tommy Trojan: 1.5 minutes
Your apartment
includes one parking space per bedroom. If you need additional
parking, do not worry. There is plenty of parking available just
down the street from Verona in USC lot 32 which has 29 parking spaces
for sale as well as at the Shrine Auditorium public parking lots which
have 997 spaces for sale. USC sells semester permits only, while
the Shrine sells daily, monthly and semester-long permits.

and the Shrine Auditorium directly. USC requires that you buy your
permit a few months in advance so make sure to follow their deadlines
closely. The Shrine permits are available year round.
