Centurion is located
one block from campus on West 29th Street. The building features several
spacious studio apartments and large one-bedroom apartments.
A full and complete renovation was completed in January 2005.
The remodel included a whole new plumbing system, new kitchens,
bathrooms, and interiors. The exterior was completely redone as
well including new paint, addition of decorative stone work, and lush
landscaping.
Leases for
Centurion run from August 14, 2009 - August 7, 2010.
Walking time to Tommy Trojan: 9 minutes
Biking time to Tommy Trojan: 3 minutes
Not every
apartment at Centurion includes parking. Please be sure to
carefully check the
parking plan located above. If you need additional
parking, do not worry. There is plenty of parking available just down
the street from Centurion in USC lot 42 which has 60 parking spaces
for sale. USC sells semester-long permits.
