Pisa is conveniently located on Shrine Place, halfway between campus
and The Row. Each one bedroom apartment features spacious closet space, a
complete kitchen and includes parking.
A renovation of the building began in October 2007 and was completed
in March 2008. It included a whole new facade including new
paint, addition of decorative stone work, tiling, and lush landscaping.
The building has also been upgraded with new wiring for HDTV-ready Dish
Network TV service. In addition, the Conquest Shrine Place Fitness Center at Verona (located
next door) was completed in 2007. Pisa residents have exclusive
access to this facility along with other Conquest Shrine Place
residents.
Leases for Pisa run from August 1, 2009 to July 25, 2010.
Walking time to Tommy Trojan: 8 minutes
Biking time to Tommy Trojan: 1.5 minutes
Your apartment
includes one parking space per bedroom. If you need additional parking,
do not worry. There is plenty of parking available just down the street
from Pisa in USC lot 32 which has 29 parking spaces for sale as
well as at the Shrine Auditorium public parking lots which have 997
spaces for sale. USC sells semester permits only, while the Shrine
sells daily, monthly and semester-long permits.

and the Shrine Auditorium directly. USC requires that you buy your
permit a few months in advance so make sure to follow their deadlines
closely. The Shrine permits are available year round.
