The Pad is conveniently located on 30th Street, between the Row and campus, and offers several different apartment styles.

Leases for the Pad run from August 1, 2009 - July 25, 2010.

Walking time to Tommy Trojan: 15 minutes
Biking time to Tommy Trojan: 3 minutes

Your apartment includes one parking space per bedroom.  If you need additional parking, do not worry.  There is plenty of parking available just down the street from The Pad in USC lot 32 which has 29 parking spaces for sale as well as at the Shrine Auditorium public parking lots which have 997 spaces for sale.  USC sells semester permits only, while the Shrine sells daily, monthly and semester-long permits.

Please contact the transportation office at USC and the Shrine Auditorium directly.  USC requires that you buy your permit a few months in advance so make sure to follow their deadlines closely.  The Shrine permits are available year round.
