Chez Ronnee has been a Shrine Place landmark since 1989.  It is popular among students for its lively courtyard that is commonly used for parties before and after home football games and other social events.  Chez Ronnee is also popular for its great location.  It is conveniently located on Shrine Place, halfway between campus and The Row.  Each of the 32 spacious apartments features two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

A renovation of the exterior of the building began in October 2007 and was completed in March 2008.  It included a whole new facade including new paint, addition of decorative stone work, and lush landscaping.  Additionally the building was upgraded with new wiring for HDTV-ready Dish Network TV service.  A renovation of the courtyard will begin in May 2008, which will include the addition of 2 gas burning lava rock fire pits, 2 large BBQs, additional seating, and landscaping.  The courtyard renovation will be completed in July 2008, prior to students moving in on August 1st. 2008.  In addition, the Conquest Shrine Place Fitness Center at Verona (located directly across the street) was completed in 2007.  Chez Ronnee residents have exclusive access to this facility along with other Conquest Shrine Place residents.

Leases for Chez Ronnee run from August 14, 2009 - August 7, 2010.

Biking time to Tommy Trojan: 1.5 minutes

Your apartment includes one parking space per bedroom.  If you need additional parking, do not worry.  There is plenty of parking available just down the street from Chez Ronnee in USC lot 32 which has 29 parking spaces for sale as well as at the Shrine Auditorium public parking lots which have 997 spaces for sale.  USC sells semester permits only, while the Shrine sells daily, monthly and semester-long permits.

Please contact the transportation office at USC and the Shrine Auditorium directly.  USC requires that you buy your permit a few months in advance so make sure to follow their deadlines closely.  The Shrine permits are available year round.
