We are completely sold out for the 2009-2010 school year. If you
are interested in living with us for the 2009-2010 school year, please

to find students who are looking for a roommate or looking for someone
to take over their lease due to early graduation, studying abroad, etc.
Our Philosophy:
Conquest's goal
is to be the premier quality provider of student housing in Isla Vista
for the UCSB student community. We believe that providing our
residents with the highest level of service makes for the best business
practice. Our dream is to make the Isla Vista area a more desirable
residential community one building at a time.
In January of 2005,
we completed our first major renovation project consisting of 96 apartments
on Abrego Road called "Breakpointe."
Breakpointe involved a complete
interior and exterior renovation and added amenities previously unavailable
to Isla Vista residents (see Breakpointe
page for more info).
In July of 2007, we completed construction on Coronado,
a 55-unit apartment complex on the corner of Picasso Road and Camino
Pescadero. Just like Breakpointe,
the Coronado
building underwent an extensive remodel that included tremendous
upgrades to both apartment interiors and the building exterior.
Several amenities were added as well.
The student population
in Isla Vista has been neglected, underserved and disrespected by their
landlords for many years. This is evidenced by the dilapidated
buildings, and the horror stories written about unethical landlords
in the Daily Nexus year after year. Conquest came to Isla Vista
to set a new standard through focusing on the needs of students while
maintaining a strong level of professionalism.
We are excited to
have the opportunity to provide you with a higher level of service,
quality and respect.
